This software allows you to fully analyse, monitor and store every aspect of a thermal cycler's (thermocycler's) performance when used in conjunction with TAS control modules or TAS thermal cycler (thermocycler) validation systems.

Requirements: Application software for windows 2000, Windows NT or Windows XP,

Requires PC compatible computer with Pentium Microprocessor, at least 512mb RAM, and high resolution graphics display (at least 1024 x 768 x 24)

A real time graphical display shows readings with adjustable scale for both temperature and time another way to analyse findings is the “Temperature Sensitive” micro plate view for easy dynamic interpretation of hot and cold spots. Full GLP encrypted records with date and time stamp. Data export in CSV format.    

The wizard function on our software aids easy, objective, automatic analysis. The TAS checks Thermal Cycler performance and gradient operation, the TAS also can:

 •         Troubleshoot PCR experiments

•         Provide graphical overlay for life cycle and thermal drift analysis

•         Utilise optional low mass temperature sensors for true reaction volume temperature sampling
