Application software for windows XP. Requires PC compatible computer with Pentium Microprocessor, at least 512mb RAM, and high resolution graphics display (at least 1024 x 768 x 24)

 

Has the ability to control up to 15 of any combination of Auto-q satellites, QB-96 or QB24 units producing a mixed network system with the capability of concurrently executing up to 15 totally independent programs.

 

Network can be incrementally expanded from one to twelve units at any time the researcher requires through standard USB connection. New units are automatically detected and installed.


The  software provides drag and drop program creation and edit of program fields including hot start, touchdown, gradient, barcode entry, temperature and store steps

Our unique Wizard is capable of automatic program creation in seconds from key application data including primer sequence, template type, and amplicon length

 

An encrypted GLP record of every run is taken. A USB memory stick can be used to aid rapid protocol and GLP report transfer to other PDAs, PCs, compatible Thermal Cyclers (Thermocycler) and Networks. There is the capacity for barcode entry used for sample tracking and GLP records.

 

The three level user management system within the program increases system security and file protection. Inbuilt OQ protocols for QC check of all Instrument functions.

 

All applications can be upgrades by web download and USB transfer. In case of power fail, the QBPC software can perform a full recovery.
